Mr. Roger W. Vaughn is President of D-Unity which is a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
He is a retired veteran from Air Force professional in AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST & AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTOR. He also worked with various government agencies (DES) to Department of Defense (DoD) contracting (CSC & ISS) to Independent Business Consultant and now Veteran Entrepreneur for various businesses that want compete government contracting. Expertise includes program/project management, curriculum development, logistics support, business development, purchasing, and consulting. Knowledge of business process and procedures, strives for excellent customer service skills and building long term relationships. Mr. Vaughn has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, in Tucson, AZ a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL and Associate of Arts from Community College of the Air Force. He served as the Vice President of Armed Forces Communication Electronic Association (AFCEA)-ATL Chapter and serves as Small Businesses Representative. He has Mentors diverse/minority high school students at the Performance Learning Center (PLC) in Marietta, GA. He co-creator a Small Business Networking Breakfast held once a month in metro Atlanta. He is working to teaching and facilitated workshops, seminars at the Urban League of Greater Atlanta on the government contracting process and procedure.

Mrs. Stacy K. Vaughn is Vice President of D-Unity , with over 20 year plus of experience as former Government Service (GS) Employee and as Federal contractor for the Department of Defense (DoD) in the various areas contracting. Also an to Independent Business Consultant and Entrepreneur. She has proven track record directing all phases of operations and program/project management. Strong diverse back ground in networking, business development, strategic planning, contract management and marketing for various size businesses wanting to get into government contracting. Mrs. Vaughn holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Science (BS)in Human Services from University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ. She serves as the Vice President of Armed Forces Communication Electronic Association (AFCEA)-ATL Chapter Representing Small Businesses and Mentors diverse/minority high school and college students.
